Terrible pillows, balcony is shared, noisy, window broken. They do not change the towels. The picture makes the apartment look bigger than what it is. It does have a good location.

Nice rooms and at a fair price. Not far to walk to/from city centre and Altstadt. Great for transport links as not far from main train station and only 20mins from the airport. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Will book again.

A stay to remember

My stay was very well and the hotel is located in city center closed to all shops and train station, I extnded my stay for one more night and just sent a message to hotel to keep us in the same room and the response was no problems, i recommend this place for family, a couple or even for some looking for a quite place, I'm glad i chosen this hotel

Our only gripe was the two single beds combined to make a double, instead of a real double size bed. Other wise the perfect minimalist accomodation with a usefull kitchen.

I was put into an annex beside their industrial trash cans. Dark graffiti stairwell. Bathroom tiles moldy. No working heating in bathroom. TV did not have any signal. When asked to be moved into the main building they simply said I was already in their best room. Worst stay ever.

I'm feeling generous 4*

As I'm the first reviewer I feel I must be generous. Overall the condition of the room is good, the bed is comfy but the room is very small. I'm not a fan of unmanned receptions and although I managed to get in there was someone outside who was struggling. The lift was broken a bit of pain when you have 50kg to lug up the stairs but fortunately I was on the first floor. The kitchen is modern and all the utensils you need but instructions on how to use the hob would have been good. The bathroom sink was not clean at all and both soap dispensers were empty which would be the main reason for me giving them 3 stars but as I had my own shower gel I'll go with 4 stars but please clean that sink it was grim (I'll forgo posting the photographic evidence in case readers have sensitivities, ps I used the kitchen sink to clean my teeth it was that bad)

Rude staff, terrible condition

The staff was so unfriendly. We arrived 20mins before the check in time. We couldn’t find any reception and the door was locked, passcode was not activated. So we knocked the door, a staff came with so angry face because we arrived too early and knocked the door. We stayed at 5th floor, but the lift was broken, so we had to walk upstairs all day in 33 degree weather. There is no even air conditioner in the room. Sunlight was boiling directly the room through the windows, it was too hot and inconvenient to stay. If I knew that the lift did not work, I would not book it. The hotel left a message ‘sorry for inconvenience’, of course ‘text’ is the cheapest way they can do. There should be other reimbursement for this uncomfort. The balcony is connected to the other room, so you are exposed to risks, encountering other guest can come into your room through the balcony.

Eine Top Unterkunft. Kaffee ist mehr als ausreichend da. Ruhig, viele Restaurants drum herum. Kleine Küche ist top. Kein Backofen, kein Toaster und kein Wasserkocher vor Ort! Aber geht auch ohne :)

Nähe zur Innenstadt ist super. Zu Fuß bzw. mit der Ubahn alles easy erreichbar. Kein Parkplatz vom Hotel, es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe für 20€ aufwärts pro Tag. Sauberkeit solala, das Zimmer hat den Namen Superior nicht verdient, war es vielleicht mal in den 70er Jahren. Es wurde zwar mal renoviert und erneuert, WLAN ist vorhanden, aber das Bad war schmutzig und alt. Die Duschamatur war katastrophal. Check-in und Checkout war digital, man hat niemand angetroffen oder greifbar. Für paar Nächte OK, mehr auch nicht. Aussicht und Ansicht lädt nicht zum verweilen ein.
