Easily accessible, close to the tram and close to where we had to be. It was clean, bathroom was nice and the highlight for us was the fridge and the closeness to the supermarket. A/C was a nice bonus and it wasn't really noisy. Pillows could have been better though.

Avoid rooms next to elevators

Could have been so much better. We got put in a room next to the elevators. Every time the elevators went up and down, there was a loud rumbling through the wall. It was an extremely busy weekend and the elevators were going every few seconds. I asked at reception to move rooms, and the answer was they are full. More than one person throughout our stay stated that they do not book out the rooms next to the elevators unless they are fully booked. So, they clearly know the rooms next to the elevators are not fit for purpose! We were advised we could change rooms the following morning, however in the cold light of the next morning it did not prove that simple. About 1pm and third different person of asking, a very helpful person did allocate us a different room. The first night really spoilt it for us.

Kamer was mooi hotel gaat vond personeel in restaurant onbeschoft en we hebben de borg van onze kamer nog niet terug na verschillende keren bellen mailen echt slecht zou geen 2 keer meer in hotel verblijven we zijn 20 december geweest 1 nachtje zou je toch verwachten dat wel in orde word gemaakt

Hotel enorme, molto moderno e pulito: non manca nulla! La stanza comoda con bagno rinnovato molto più bello di quello visto in Expedia: ha una grande cabina doccia nuovissima! Consiglio!

Wie erwartet: tolle und komfortable Zimmer Aber: wir, 2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) waren nach mehrstündiger Anreise schon um 13 Uhr da und haben höflich gefragt, ob wir schon früher ins Zimmer können. Es war kein Problem, dass es nicht ging ABER wie es uns gesagt wurde. Um 15 Uhr gab es dann eine lange Warteschlange :-( Die Zimmer waren nicht verbunden, obwohl es uns zugesagt wurde. Auch der Wunsch unserer Kinder nach einer höheren Etage wurde nicht berücksichtigt. Beim Frühstück gab es überall Warteschlangen und wir mussten in einem Nebenraum essen. Auch dort gab es nur Zimmer für 4. :-( das ist viel Mimimi, unsere Erwartungen wurden aber schlicht nicht erfüllt
