"It was on a beautiful lake with a view of the entire town. Rooms were upscale. The pool and jacuzzi area was fantastic, food excellent and the staff very helpful. "
"The parking was easy. The hotel is nicely situated but a little on the older side. The one restaurant I was refused service but without an explanation as the serving staff didn’t see to speak English well. The buffet was adequate in the other restaurant but wasn’t what I was looking for. I wasn’t in the mood for a mass feeding experience."

"Super miejsce, świetna lokalizacja, bardzo dobry serwis, szczególne dzięki dla pana Dariusza. Jedna gwiazdka mniej za dwa problemy. Wi-Fi przez pierwsze dwa dni był praktycznie niedostępny. Drugi problem to parking, żeby wjechać trzeba zadzwonić pod specjalny numer. Niestety numer nie łączy jak się dzwoni nie z polskiego numeru telefonu, więc praktycznie dla osoby tylko z zagranicznym numerem wjazd na parking jest albo niemożliwy albo bardzo trudny."
"Overall a decent hotel stay . We had a great evening meal with good service and good breakfast. All was good until we checked out ! Again slow service at reception. There were 2 of us on 2 motorbikes and we had parked out of the way of car parking spaces to allow those with cars to use them … we had managed to park in an area where no car could park . I had requested a space when booking our stay and the literature accompanying the hotel detailed that parking was free if a prior request was made . So given that we didn’t take up a car parking space and I requested a space ….. the male receptionist insisted we paid to park despite my objections. He successfully managed to ensure we left with a bad experience from this hotel by this ridiculous action of insisting we paid to park ….. some training in customer service and decision making required.
