High nightly rattle, rude management
Overall ok. Upon check in I requested a late check out and was told sure. There was no note left so the next morning my wife was treated rudely our check out. Breakfast was cold and comparing to there properties of the same name, their options were pretty disappointing for what we paid. This location has gone up on their prices and yet their service is under rated.

Misleading photos, dirty, outdated, unhelpful front desk staff. 100$ pet fee! 200 bucks for an old, dirty room.

We are sorry you see our hotel this way, We did offer to waive the cancelation fee, with a full refund, you refused and decided to stay the night. Despite you not alerting the front desk of your pet, our pet policy and fees are disclosed though Expedia. Sorry we didn't meet your expectations, Have a Safe travel.

The hotel was very clean and smells clean.. Room was nice, great temperature and clean too. Just the toilet was not working at first and my husband fix it right away.

Very happy with our stay. Hotel was very clean and well taken care of. The staff was very helpful and efficient, especially Brandon at the front desk.

Rooms were ok but my reservation included one room with handicap accessible bathroom which I didn’t requested. One bathroom needs plumbing attention.

Very disappointing for a Marriot property, I felt more like I was staying at a thirty year old budget hotel than a hotel younger than 5 years old. Maintenance was lacking or seemed nonexistence throughout the property. Front desk seemed out of place for any hotel I have ever stayed at but more like a convenience store counter. The room we received was incorrect, we reserved double beds but got a king with a sofa sleeper. Room became impossible to navigate ( 4 inches of space between beds) once we opened the sofa bed, basically you could only use one side to exit the king size bed or you had to climb over the sofa sleeper or risk hurting yourself on the sharp metal frame of the sofa sleeper. The bathroom was infested with ants in the sink on the toilet, shower, floor and walls. The toilet would not refill with water unless you giggled the handle and the shower edges had mold. One last thing was the amenities, hand soap and shampoo, I swear they must have ran out and raided a motel six.

We apologies for not meeting your expectations, It is impossible to book a double bed room since we have none available till September 2021, I don't know who confirmed your room type. We fumigate for all types if insects monthly or as needed, we did have maintenance check your toilet and it was working fine. once again we apologies for the inconvenience.

Cleanliness was ok. I saw a couple of ants in the Kleenex box and a bug in the shower. Never seen that at this place. Was a little disappointed.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was very courteous and professional. The only thing that was wrong was the thermostat that didn't work and the fan on the a/c unit ran all night. Advised the front desk on checkout. This is an excellent property to stay you will enjoy your stay.
