“Friendly staff in a very modern hotel. Perfekt wellness and delicoius restaurant. Just little things could be optimized. Water and coffee at the room were not replaced by room service and we had a damaged toilet brush.”

“Small hotel with not comfortable beds… i order rooms for 4 and got only three beds. Everything has been solved. Cleanings service unfortunately not available over weekend. Perfect wellness in next doors ”

“This is not a hotel--not between 7 pm and 9 am. It is an essentially empty building with rooms in it. I was traveling through the area and Hradec Kralove was a good stopping point. This looked like a nice enough small hotel from the website. But when when I got there, there is no one there. I got an email the night before informing me of the dismal office hours and with instructions on how to access the room. I got a code to punch in. This was much more like an airbnb-type place, only not really...

“Very nice hotel with everything you might need. Friendly front desk employees who spoke English. Rooms are clean, roomy enough, lots of outlets, shower and toilet separate. Great location in main square with pedestrian area close and a castle directly behind for great trails and view. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. ”
