In my opinion, this is the best place to stay in Muncie. It's modern and , the rooms are well appointed and the staff are beyond polite.

It was our second stay at this location. We plan to stay again when we return to the area.

I stayed for three nights and had a great stay. It was very clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly. My only little complaint, if I can even call it that, is that the system to work the lights in the room was slightly complicated. But that’s more on me and I’m not taking off any points from the hotel for that.

I was very pleased with Hotel Versailles - everything was amazing! Customer service, kindness of staff, welcome feeling immediately ,my Room was above average and especially clean .(which does not happen much any more at most National brand hotels - I travel a lot for business-) Hotel Versailles was immaculate! I will be back and I want to bring my wife next time - the restaurant was very good and food was extraordinary. Jarrod at the front desk was outstanding along with all of his team...

Hotel Broad Ripple is a must stay. The quality, size, comfort, staff, and cleanliness far exceeds the majority of 5-star hotels I've been to in Indy. My wife and I chose this hotel based on the proximity to bike paths (adjacent to popular trails) and previous reviews. We were not disappointed! We stayed during the week and as such breakfast was provided via voucher to nearby (100yrds) coffee shop, very quaint. The hotel was very quite and staff was very welcoming and eager to accommodate us...

This place is friendly and easy. While different from your typical hotel, it still has all the same amenities. Breakfast was homemade from scratch and yummy. We would definitely stay again.

Very convenient to restaurants. Property was clean and rooms were very well taken care of. The one suggestion I do have is to maybe upgrade the towels, they are starting to get alittle thin.

The hotel was very clean, beds comfortable. All staff were very friendly. Was there to visit family. Will stay here again. Hot tub was wonderful. Easy on/off from 31 and into Indy.

I like that it's only two blocks from Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

Parking in the parking garage is expensive. I dont know if there are other options. Staff struggled with the card reader at check-in. Other than that it was great loved the art

Convenient to a bunch of good restaurants…

The staff here were terrific. They were supportive, accommodating and pleasant, even with the COVID restrictions. They really went the extra mile to make sure that safety was observed, but that it didn't interrupt our experience at all. At check-in, we were running late to a dinner reservation, and the front desk person send us up to our room to change, while she called and pushed back our dinner reservation. Truly wonderful service, and a very nice room. We will stay here again.

I arrived early and would have had to pay almost half of my hotel rate to check in early so I passed on that (would have been free with their reward program) I liked that they asked for an estimate of arrival , but no problem occurred when I checked in earlier- Sister’s flight was delayed but they once again were able to provide excellent customer service- Nice area to stay as you are approaching airport from a less busy way via Avon- and one of the last Indy Bob Evan’s us just down the street.

Only issue was the elevators weren’t working properly
