“Found blood on the bed sheets in my room. Tried to inform front desk over the cellphone help line they used, no answer. Left a review for management to see, no answer. Told the staff upon checkout, she thought I meant that I had left blood there and said it's okay, then finally understood that there was blood on the sheets before I got there and said she'd send bonus points my way. Bonus points of 3000 after not receiving any other answer seems to downplay how gross that way.”

“The restaurant had very good food with good portion size. Enjoyed the pool very much. The range of temperatures in the pool was very nice. Spent a lot of time in it. Beach is across the street”
