"We arrived in the morning and 'checked in' but given the earliness of our arrival the room was obviously not ready which were more than aware of. Staff however booked us in, gave us a card to access all the Hotel's facilities and called us as soon as the room was ready. Staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Check in was fast and the reception area was well maintained and spacious. We were upgraded to an ocean view and our room was excellent! Spacious, clean, modern. "

"Comfortable stay for 3 nights. Room was extremely spacious with the amenities needed. Room could do with a touch of paint and some maintenance such as new curtains, a tv that actually has audio. Bathroom slight mould problem. Also the reception shuts at 5pm! "

"GREAT property!!! The coffee machine in the room and the free barista coffee on your way out the door in the morning are AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Highly recommend this property. I've stayed in a few properties over the last 3 months in Chatswood, and this one is by far the best. Its clean and modern. The staff are very lovely, the towels are fluffy and the bed is extremely comfortable."

" Bedding was very comfortable. Great position for walking anywhere, including train station literally around the corner and tram stops 1 block down on George St Make sure you get an Opal card for public transport as soon as you get there. We had 1 each with $20 on it and left with still $8 on both, (which we gave to the receptionist so as not to waste it.) And ensure to download the app for timetables. AMAZING A short 600 mtr walk to Circular Quay and 500 mtr walk to Darling Harbor A little...

"Well equipped facility that offers a home stay opportunity when one feels like a stay home meal and relaxing from intense holidaying, meetings, or too much clubbing. Exceptional helpful staff - friendly (of course), resourceful (guest laundry) and calm under pressure (some of us prefer ordering ambulance on Saturday nights rather than an ordinary taxi). "
