"It all started with when we arrived and the hotel staff said we had no reservation. We showed them the printout of our reservation and the would not honor. "All the things were amazing. Only two things could be better. The entertainment team could be more proactive inviting us for the activities (we are on vacation, so we don’t look at a schedule) and going walk to the beach was almost always a bad experience, there were a lot of guys trying to sell things, following us and disturbing. I know that this is not a matter of the hotel, but it decreases our experience in Zanzibar."
