"Arrived, at check-in. No one around. Went in cafe and back to check in. Knocked on the window. Staff less than welcoming. Said he was having a bad night. Bed and shower great. Night light, which doesn't turn off kept me up. Next morning went down for free breakfast, (breakfast sandwich), and coffee, (no decaf). It was 2 minutes after 9. Refused to serve me due to 2 minutes late. Made decaf in the room. Creamers were curdled and some dried. Bought coffee. Brought fruit for trip which I put in the fridge. Fruit froze. No way to turn down temp of the fridge. Left for our day activities and returned. No housekeeping. Only towel replacement. Got up next day and got breakfast sandwich. It was dry and had clearly been setting in the warmer. Coffee almost gone and cold. Ice machine broken. Came back to room later, no housekeeping. Husband complained and lady said she would make a note for housekeeping. Had to ask for creamer, coffee cups, wash rags, etc. Got up the next day, sure we would have housekeeping. Got back in the evening. No housekeeping. Complained to front desk. Lady apologetic, said she would notify supervisor. No follow-up from said supervisor. Went to lobby to get supplies. Lady was defensive and implied I was acting upset. Brought supplies. Questioned why I didn't just call down instead. Ask for tissue and she said, "that wasn't on the list", but did supply. Packing to leave in AM. Fridge item frozen solid. Hole in can. Garbage never emptied by staff over 4 nights."
