“Totally disgusting ! The carpet was so dirty that in the morning we were taking a shower and dirt just started coming off . The bottom of our feet were totally black . We had to stand on towels and then wear shoes. Couch was dirty and was afraid to sit on it . The hair dryer didn't work , the coffee was the cheapest i've seen and they had no sugar or sweetener The pictures make it look great but it's a huge apartment complex and it's very difficult getting to the room and the parking garage”

“They did great ”

“Friendly staff and very accommodating”

“Perfect for parents weekend at BSU”

“Such a cute place. Staff is friendly and rooms are very nice and stylish.”

“Good”

“I have stayed at the Avery before. It is location location for me because it is close to the events that I attend and I don't want to drive at night. It is cozy and quiet. On sight parking is limited. They have valet parking, metered street parking, and parking garages. I parked in the garage about 5 minutes away which was no big deal to me. Not a typical modern hotel but for my once aa year treat, I don't mind splurging for The Avery.”

“Newly renovated and spacious.”

“The Boise Guest House is a perfect place to stay. It’s close to downtown and it’s easy to get around. The weather was amazing and there are plenty of things to do.”

“So very nice in everything”
