“Very quaint. Love the Shovel Handle pub - walkable and awesome atmosphere and menu. Staff so friendly and fun. ”

“Staff was very friendly and nice. The bed was super comfortable. The water pressure was good. Property has beautiful views. Nice area. Decent amount of dining options, walking areas a few miles away. Some areas for improvement is the bathroom. It’s fully functional but very dated and mismatched. The stand up shower stall is a tight fit for an average size person. The rug in the room needed a good deep clean/shampoo. A ceiling fan would be lovely to circulate the airflow. Felt a little stagnant....

“Took me back to visiting my grandparents home. It's just a minute or two walking distance to restaurants, and small stores. The room was comfortable, and clean. Breakfast and coffee was delicious. This is now our place to stay in Bethel.”

A friend and I stayed in the Rose Room and had an enjoyable time. Jill made us a delicious breakfast and was very responsive to any questions we had. “The room was clean and beautiful, overlooking the white mountains. I guess I didn't read the fine print because we were expecting some dining option. Sylvesters for dinner and the Market for breakfast were not far away. The coffee/beverage bar in the lounge is extraordinary. Would've appreciated some cleaning attention to the windows and screens so we could've taken full advantage of the view. I know that upkeep of the place must be all-comsuming. The host was quite welcoming and attentive....
