"Disappointing stay. Room was ok and typical Westin but bars next door were loud until 2am. Garbage in hallways and pool area was never cleaned up. Surprise destination fee of $25 plus tax… asked for a late check out (Marriott silver status) and the hotel wanted $65. Guess loyalty programs mean nothing. Will not stay again. "

"Check in staff was nice, room was not very clean. Had stains on the head board, fridge was dirty with a dead roach on the top of it. The place needs some love."
