“The hot tub was not working, again, upon our 2nd family trip/stay. We had no in-hotel access to ice or amenities, without going outdoors, and entering back into the main portion of the hotel. And there was no in-room telephone, with which to contact the main desk, or anyone at all.”

“Great room facing river from 6th floor Very nice helpful staff. The check-in area is not a good representation of the hotel. It needs a remodel - it’s dark. I understand the “ship” theme but it isn’t appealing. ”

“My 18 year old grandaughter found 4 bats in her apartment. It was late at night and i live in another town. I got on the hotels.com app and imeadiatly searched for hotels. I called the hotels directly to confirm that she would not have to show my credit card and could check in at 18. After a couple of no we cant do that. I called quality inn. The front dest attendant assured me they would allow her to check in but would need credit card on file. I told her i could book it and drive 30 min...
