"Really everything was fine. However our door wouldn't unlock so after many trips to the front desk they finally gave us a new room. Because of that there was a billing mix up. I know that things happen but it was still a bit irritating "

"Love this place. Haven’t stayed anywhere else in Burlington and I don’t need too. The rooms are surprisingly up to date and clean. Check-in is easy and staff are wonderful. Only suggestion is to transfer reservation details to the check in information to save the paper. I’ll definitely be back"
