"LOVE the Read House. Please upgrade the entire property so that there’s no more “for $30 we can put you in the luxury tower.” It’s like, just upgrade the older side and we can all be happy. The bathrooms on the older tower are a touch questionable."

"It was a great place to stay! Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay again. Parking was difficult at times, areas are tight but it all worked out."

"We really enjoyed the indoor pool. It’s in a great location and you can walk right down to the parkway in Gatlinburg. Our room was very clean. "

"Great view. Nice pool. There is a city of Gatlinburg free shuttle to downtown Gatlinburg. Takes a long route, but convenient. There was a bear in parking lot on my first day, thrilling."

"Good value with daily breakfast buffet. Nice indoor pool is open until 1am. Lots of families but that’s what pigeon forge is all about. Only papa John’s allowed to deliver on site. All other food deliveries must be received off property. "

"The pool area was amazing! The restaurant had food the kids actually loved! The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable! You only enter the building through the main entrance and the parking lot fills up quickly so be prepared to walk for parking."
