"The area outside the doors had a lot of cigarette butts laying around. They also had no poop bag dispensers for dogs outside. Other than those two items it was very nice and the staff was excellent. "

"The rooms are nothing like the pictures. I was told those are old pictures we need to update them. There was supposed to be a jetted bathtub in the room, there was no bathtub in the room at all. I got downgraded to a room that was supposed to have a jetted bathtub, it had a bathtub no Jets. There were ants and other bugs in the room. Could hardly get Door Number One open to get in the building first thing I saw was a register/heater ducts hanging half out of the wall. Overall not impressed!"
