The room and entire facility were clean and very well maintained. However, the mattresses on the beds were very hard and it was very hard to remove the comforter to just use the sheet. Some softer, thinner pillows should be included on the bed. Overall cleanliness of the bathroom was excellent. We would stay there again.

Very clean, new feels new. Breakfast had many features like kiwi fruit! Bed could be softer and definitely no elevator so be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs. This place is very nice and particularly clean

Was a clean room, comfortable bed and great desk staff. We were placed upstairs with a toddler which made me worry that we'd receive a complaint but we didn't hear the neighbors and since we never got a complaint in guessing they didn't hear my kiddo.

The property was super clean. Not only in the rooms, but also in the hallways and stairwells. The breakfast seating area was small. However, they served both hot and cold items. The breakfast items were hot, fresh and appealing. All the guests were quiet and respectful. Overall, it was an awesome stay in Durand.

Pleasant stay for a small town. Free breakfast was adequate. Do be aware - there wasn’t an elevator. If you struggle with stairs - don’t book this site unless they guarantee a ground level room.

The only drawback was that, as far as I could tell, there was never more than one person on duty so you ended up waiting for service at the front desk. However, when they showed up to help they were very helpful, professional and wonderfully friendly. I'd recommend it to anyone and would absolutely stay there again.

The property was clean and the staff are very kind. I checked in late, in hurry to use the facilities, and they were very understanding. The only thing I didn't like was the bed. It was a bit hard and gave me back pain. I will request a softer bed next time.
