On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. "⭐ 1 Star – Highly overrated and extremely disappointing. This hotel’s rating does not reflect the reality we experienced. We booked with confidence based on the high score, reputation and premium pricing, but the standard delivered was far below expectations. From the first night, we experienced repeated flooding in one of the rooms. The issue was reported immediately and repeatedly to reception and management. Photos, videos and supporting evidence were provided. Despite multiple complaints, the flooding continued throughout our stay without proper cleaning, effective repair or permanent resolution. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent our time dealing with flooding, documenting evidence, chasing responses and trying to make basic facilities usable. The most disappointing aspect was the management. Despite having every opportunity to address the problem, no meaningful action was taken while we were staying at the hotel. A problem of this severity should never have remained unresolved for the entire duration of a guest’s stay. What happened at checkout was even worse. After days of disruption, stress, inconvenience, safety concerns and loss of use of essential facilities, the compensation proposed by management was completely out of proportion to the seriousness of the situation. I found the response insulting and dismissive of the impact this experience had on us. For a hotel charging premium rates and carrying such a high rating, the level of customer care, was poor"

"Worst hotel experience ever. The wifi doesnt work properly. There's no signal so you cant use your data. The staff dont clean your rooms. There elevator is broken. There is no AC. The hotel serves no food. Sometimes there is no parking. The room is dirty. I saw spiders hiding in the room. Worst experience ever. I will not be coming here again and I do not reccomend it to anybody. Its not worth the price."

"I just wanted to let you know that I mislaid my hearing aids at the hotel recently, I reported this but sadly they could not be found, therefore I was so pleased and surprised when a week later Stephanie (Housekeeping Supervisor) rang me to not only let me know they had been found and handed in but also helped me arrange their safe return via Royal Mail, outstanding customer service above and beyond the call of duty!! Thank You Stephanie."

"Breakfast staff deserve a medal coping with the understaffing. The orange juice is just squash. Nice poached egg available if you ask though. Good sausage and mushrooms. too. The waiting staff are lovely unlike the cold, unfriendly receptionists who should work at a GP’s! The grounds were picturesque and the pool okay if a bit too warm in the heatwave. Room 17 is tiny but it was clean. The noise from the boiler outside was unpleasant as was the non-existent view. Hit and miss but good value if you join Radisson and get free use of the pool. Avoid Room 17 though it is a bit of a walk and noisy."
