"AC didn’t work, no ventilation for hot tub couldn’t use it. Needs upgrades bad. "

"The breakfast room was a tiny crowded room where maybe 10 people could sit. The room was old and run down. Hallways and elevator were very dirty. We thought we were booking a different hotel. Do not stay here!"

"I have stayed here twice now, its been a great experience. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. It's right in the midst of the entertainment area, lots of options for food or a night out. Highly recommend! "

The staff were truly amazing as well. Always friendly, helpful, and ready to go the extra mile to make the stay comfortable and welcoming. The location is another huge highlight. Perfectly situated with beautiful views of the city that made mornings and evenings especially memorable. While it’s true that the hotel hasn’t had the most recent modern updates, that actually adds to its charm. There’s a nostalgic, unique dated quality throughout the property that feels intentional and special rather than worn. For anyone who appreciates character, history, and a stay that feels different from the typical cookie-cutter hotel, this place is genuinely amazing!"
