Quaint little place near the Valley of Beautiful Women. Room was great. Restaurant and bar on site and mere steps from 40+ wine bars. Very helpful staff. If I return, this is where I'll stay.

A friendly and welcoming place to stay near the Valley of the Beautiful Women. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I especially loved the decorative plates in the room — they were very charming. If you enjoy wine, there are many nearby wine cellars where you can taste a wide variety of local wines.

Property is very conveniently located by the wine cellars of the famous Eger wineries. You can walk in few minutes to do wine tasting to a lot of premium wine cellars and restaurants.

This is a very quaint and beautiful hotel. The person at reception was very friendly and helpful. We stayed next door to the main building. Our unit was cozy, clean and quiet with beautiful decor. Food and staff at the restaurant were exceptional. Breakfast buffet outstanding. Hotel situated in the heart of the wine valley yet not far from the city center. We were able to hop on the little tourist train across the street to the hotel to get to the main sights in town.We wish we had more time here.

This hotel is beautiful both outside and inside. It is too far to walk to town center, but it only takes several min drive to get to the town center if you have a car. Free parking outside of the yard of the hotels. The only two disadvantages are not able to use wifi inside the room (but wifi in the breakfast room works fine) and no electric hot water kettle available. If the WIFI works fine inside the hotel room, definite I will return to stay in this hotel in the future.

This is one of the most beautiful, culturally authentic boutique hotels in which I have ever stayed. Vast rooms with authentic Hungarian decor. Out room geatured carved wood, a sitting area, a private walled outside area, an adjacent excellent restaurant, a good and copious breakfast. Quiet. A short walk to an atea of little restaurants and wine bars. The Hotel’s outdoor restaurant tables are under a vast, overhead grape arbor. Take the two-hour train ride to Eger from Budapest, FREE if you are over 65, as is all public transport in Hungary. Train was modern and clean. The whole country is underrated, in my view.

Tolle Lage, schöne Unterkunft. Schmackhaftes Frühstück. Selbst mit Airco recht warm im Sommer. Service und Freundlichkeit könnten besser sein, mit Ausnahme des Personals beim Frühstück.
