"Amazing service, staff attitude, and location. Spacious room (family room), well laid out bathroom, clean. Excellent breakfast. Stayed 4 nights and we'd gladly stay again - we loved it. Only issue to note is that the rooms look a bit tired, i.e. small details with bathroom fixings, light fixings, curtains, no USB, etc."

"Lovely hotel in a very convenient area of Aix , close to Cours Mirabeau. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small ( not a lot of wardrobe space ) but it was comfortable especially the bed. The breakfast room was bright and beautifully decorated. Enjoyed being in a room at the back of the hotel which was very quiet. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Aix"

"Great Staff!! I am a Senior and the front desk Day manager was so helpful !! I asked for her help making TGV reservations and she made them for me! We had brought some food back for Apero and Ines showed where I could get plates, napkins and silverware so we could enjoy Apero on my balcony. The front desk person at night was also very congenial and helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions. She also provided wine glasses for evening Apero and guided us parking our car."

"We booked last minute and the room was perfect. The hotel is tiny, the room was tiny but we didn't care at all about the size because it was so comfortable, clean, warm, quiet and private. It was at the top of 3 flights of narrow stairs that were perhaps a little challenging with suitcases but it didn't matter, it was totally worth the effort, because the experience was so romantic. We spent a lot of time soaking in the little bathrub, a rather rare find in more modern, "convenient" hotels. The breakfast was quite simply totally perfect."

"Room was clean and well maintained we tipped the cleaning staff. Sign of slight mold in sealant at bottom of shower, but no smell. It was thoroughly cleaned. We were in one of two rooms on 4 th floor and had access to rooftop seating area easily. We would stay in that room again. Unfortunately at this time the entire road and side road to the hotel is completely torn up by the city, who are fixing drainage and replacing the stone. Cars have no access in front of hotel. Uber or taxi drop you off 80 meters or so down a hill, and you have to haul your luggage up a narrow sidewalk to the entrance. Not an easy feat walking with a cane. I expect maybe in 4-6 mo it will be finished, but good to check before booking. There is a small bar on the ground floor. Wifi worked ok but not real strong."
