"The location was good, easy walking, parking across the street. The only issue was it was a top floor room without air-conditioning. To be fair, it was much warmer than usual in the area. "

"The view of the mountains was great from our room, but there was nothing not to like. Rooms were really clean. The receptionist was amazing, it was a busy weekend when we stayed with a race on in Mont Dore (which we hadn’t realised) and she rang three restaurants to get us a reservation. She was amazing! "We didn't expect too much. We arrived decently late and tried to call multiple times to check how late we could check in, the first 2x the phone was not answered. We were asked if we want to see the restaurant menu but were not informed when it closes so by the time we went to the restaurant the kitchen had closed and no warm dishes were available. The room smelled a bit of cigarettes and had to be aired out. The layout was complicated with steps right after the door and a seperate toilet which...

"Niveau confort et propreté des chambres, rien à dire. Par contre quelques déceptions. Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé il n'y a pas de parking à l'hôtel. C'est stationnement gratuit mais dans les rues et en saison c'est compliqué. On devait avoir vu sur le parc, donc nous pensions avoir du calme !!! Pas du tout. Il n'y a pas de parc, c'est vu sur une église entourée d'arbres, mais surtout séparée de l'hôtel par une rue très passante et terrasses de café restaurant. Donc pas du tout calme....

"It was horrible rainy, misty and cold. The room was cold and even through the owner brought us an extra heater & a lovely cup of tea, it never got above 17 degrees. Small room with basic facilities. Narrow stairs & struggle to get bags up to room. Restaurant nice but steak I had was tough."

"Family of 4 short stay - we had a lovely 4 days at Le Panorama. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The lounge and dining area are very relaxing and welcoming. The rooms are ok. In need of a little modernizing but were warm and functional. The swimming pool was at the end of a strange spiral staircase but the water was warm and good after skiing. Good location with easy access to town."
