“This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.”

“Recently stayed at Sirata and wouldn’t choose it again for a family trip. Rooms are spacious and comfortable but very outdated, and the resort was under construction with large pool closed leaving only a small pool open for all guest. There were no real kids activities in ST. Pete’s besides the beach, so we ended up driving to Anna Maria Island for family fun. Staff were helpful, but our AC wouldn’t shut off and the control panel didn’t work, so the room was freezing at night. Overall, feels...
