"Room clean but toilet ran constantly. One tv didn’t work. Fan in bathroom dripped water when sitting on toilet. Didn’t know there was an app for the property until we were leaving. Everything is cashless. Tip automatically comes up for 25% at some places Staff hardworking and hustled for any assistance we needed. Resort pricey for amenities avail in my opinion."

"Room was beautiful and clean and the staff was helpful. Hotel is in a great spot, situated downtown and down the block from Fergs Sports Bar and easy walking distance to Tropicana Field. Only slight complaints was that the bed was small, I thought they were advertising a larger size and there was no hotel lobby, just a table set up by the elevators. Otherwise everything was great and I’d definitely stay there again"

"Had a wonderful stay and loved the shuttle service to the beach and area attractions. They even had a selection of beach chairs and umbrellas so we didn’t have to rent at the beach. Even though we rented a car, parking in St Pete and Treasure Island can be difficult and expensive so, the shuttle service really paid off. Great staff who had great recommendations for new visitors to the area. Breakfast was good with small variations each day. Rooms were modern with comfortable mattresses."

"The person at the front desk was very unhelpful. I had to get a manager involved who had the issue resolved in 309 minutes. This was NOT a manager needed situation shew was lazy and unhelpful. Other than that, I enjoyed the stay. I suggest you replace her she should NOT be the face of your business. There is no place for laziness or lack o0f effort. I booked a Premium room I expect and deserve more for $300 plus a night."
