“All was good”

“The old building has been renovated with a kitschy design. Staffs were friendly and room was clean. But the room needed to be improved. It was extremely bothersome to unplug the bedside stand just to charge my mobile phone. Also the room lacks a fridge, and the lighting was too dim. I would visit the hotel right next, which shares facilities like the pool and restaurant with here - which means we had to go there to use these.”

“Close to riverwalk.. head of housekeeping rude disrespectful at check in. Manager not resolving problems. Never returned phone calls.”

“Beautiful rooftop pool and large bar area with view of the Gulf and surrounding buildings. Well appointed clean rooms. Excellent staff in all areas. Really good dining room for cooked to order breakfast at reasonable prices. I liked the room's balcony that had a view of the Gulf. Terrific location for restaurants and road access.”
