"Beautiful area to visit, quiet and safe."

"nice hotel!"

"Front desk staff was great! But we had to change rooms 3 times. The first two were old and door broken/ no WiFi. The third room was actually like the picture in the advertisement. Very disappointed For a 9.2 star rated hotel . It is more like 3 star hotel depending on what room they give you."

"It was fine for one night. Good breakfast selection. The receptionist needs to work on his people skills because he is working with the public and is the first impression that people see upon arrival"

"property was great, breakfast was great and plentiful, room was very nice and roomy, beautiful scenery, great location for hiking, staff very freindly"

"Clean rooms, a great place to be"

"Excellent staff and amenities. "

"We had a lovely time staying here. Beautiful grounds."

"Great location. Great view Clean room"

"It was ok. Good food, decent room, nice heated pool and parking. Price was fair market at 231 with dinner."

"The place is close to most places in the Galilee area and is great for families with kids. The view of the lake from the dining room is fantastic but you don't have access to the water. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only drawback was that we found the AC made the room initially too cold so we turned it off. There are lots of places to go for walks and a canoe/paddle boarding rental near by access from Yardenit down the road."

"EVERYTHING was great. The food was amazing! It was family friendly and the staff was very nice"

"awesome architecture and character"

"Wonderful service!"

"This hotel was our best stay in Israel."

"Awesome hotel and tremendous surrounding places. Great service and food."

"Stayed one night at the hostel. This isn’t a hotel, so if you are searching for quiet and sleek accommodations then stay elsewhere. Teens and college students mostly stay there and run about the property - even at 11pm. The rooms were clean but not fancy at all. It’s ok for one night. The area doesn’t have semi- luxurious accommodations.... I think the price is high for a youth hostel. If there were fancier rooms then I didn’t see them. The place does have a pool and the view of Jordan is nice...

"Everything was amazing. Emil was kind and helpful and everything was beyond we expected. Highly recommended!!"

"Staff was very rude and did not appreciate guests being there. There was a lizard in our room we had to get out. Refuse to help with taxis, etc. could be because we were American. They also asked us to pay more at the hotel beyond our reservation by $700 and blamed it on Expedia. Pool slide and food were good!"

"We enjoyed every minute! The facilities were clean and so comfortable. Friendly and available staff. We loved all the children activities the place offered. Can’t wait to return for another stay. Thank you so much for everything!"
