The room was exactly what we needed, nice and cool with comfortable beds. The staff was AMAZING. Very kind, they created a wonderful experience. The breakfast and dinner buffets were affordable and delicious! Would stay here again.

Our room on the second floor was perfect! We had a nice view of the beach from the balcony and the space was just what we needed. The AC has a max temperature I believe, we weren’t able to adjust it lower than 24/25 degrees so we kept the balcony door open at night to cool us down a bit more. Bathroom was spacious, fresh towels every day however the sheets were only changed about once if they were changed. The style of the hotel was very nice and clean, they had spacious lounge area inside and...

We loved staying here, 10 days in the middle of Palma's fantastic Playa ! You walk out of the lobby toward the bar & pool deck then down the stairs across the Avenue ( a mostly pedestrian walkway and you're on the Beach ! ) The security of leaving your goodies at the pool while being able to play in the and is a true gift ! Ideally located you can easily walk toward the Marina end ( for some excellent dining ) or toward the Pier end with a bit more exciting night life. The staff special shout...

Beautiful hotel!! Breakfast was amazing. Large variety. They even had a gentleman frying eggs! Unfortunately, I only stayed one night. Wish I could have stayed longer. Close to airport as well.

Delightful stay at the RIU festival , Friendly staff and superb facilities food and room. Delighted with the service Gracias!

Beautiful people, clean property, only minus thing about this hotel is no gym/ fitness area. Other than that great place to have vacation.

From checking in to purchasing drinks at the bar all the staff were amazing, the food was exceptional with the hotel absolutely spot less

Best accomodation I've ever had, very friendly stuff, clean room, excellent food also for fine dining

The hôtel ans the staff are top !

Everything about this place is geared around the guest. Staff is attentive, friendly, efficient, and eager to help. The buffet dining area is not your ordinary buffet; it's a masterpiece in presentation and taste and well attended so there are never any empty choices. Excellent location for a short walk to the beach and shops. Rooms are refreshed daily and kept clean and neat. You will not be disappointed by staying here.
