Hotel molto bello in posizione invidiabile

L'hotel sorge è sito in una posizione meravigliosa con vista sul Lago Argentino. E' dotato di molti comfort tra cui piscina, WI-FI, massaggi, zona relax ed un ristorante eccellente. Il personale è molto gentile e premuroso. La gestione del ristorante è degna di una nota particolare: cortesia, cura nel servizio e qualità del cibo si contrappongono a prezzi del tutto allineati alla media.

Rustic, nice view, very quiet, away from main district. The walk to the shopping area was 1 km, however, on the return there is a significant hill to walk up. For those with knee, hip, back, heart, issues that could be a challenge. Asthmatics might have a problem. Tours pick you up & return you to the hotel which limits the amount of walking needed. Enjoyable stay

Hotel tem ótima localização e vista para o lago. Café da manhã muito bom e com ótimas opções. Equipe sempre disposta a ajudar e fazer seu dia melhor. O único ponto que poderiam melhorar é a acústica dos quartos contra barulhos. Adoramos o hotel e recomendamos! Muito bom. Gracias. (English) hotel has a great localization and an amazing view of lake. Breakfast is very good and there are many options of food. All employers are ready to help you and make your day better. The rooms could be a better acoustic against noise. As a matter of fact We liked so much to stay there. Congrats guys!

Afastado do centro e simples

O hotel fica a 5 min do centro de taxi com custo médio em torno de 90 pesos para ir ou voltar de lá. Café da manhã, quarto e staff simples nada sofisticado. Fiquem atento que tentam cobrar os 21% de taxas já banidos se for pagar no cartão.

Not bad...

The view is nice. It's a bit far from the city center though. You will hear footsteps and other noises from upstairs if you are assigned lower level. I would try other hotels next time.

Nice view

Comfortable and cozy place with great staff , but not very new and not very close to city center. We like to walk therefore it was ok for us. Hotel internet and over Argentina internet is not very IPhone friendly.

Fui derivado al Terrazas Coirones.

La calificación es para el Hotel Terrazas Coirones, ya que del Shehuen nos derivaron ahí, porqué la pieza que nos habían asignado había sido deshabilitada por problemas de calefacción. En cuanto al Coirones es un muy lindo hotel con una vista hermosa, se disfruta mucho el desayuno. En cuanto a la comida, no tienen carta en el restaurant, es menú fijo. La calefacción es muy alta. Alguna que otra cosa más para decir hay, pero la predisposición del personal es muy buena y personalizada. Servicio de transferencia incluido lo cual es una súper ventaja. En general un muy lindo hotel con varias cosas por mejorar.

Calafate experience

En general el servicio y el hotel son buenos. Se encuentra a 15 - 20 minutos caminando del centro. Pero si tomas las excursiones van por ti y te dejan en el hotel asi que no hay necesidad de caminar.
