Passamos apenas 1 noite, a descarga e o aquecimento não estavam funcionando, ligamos para a recepção, uma funcionária veio até o quarto, mexeu na regulagem do aquecedor, disse que funcionaria em alguns minutos, porém nunca funcionou.

Good but far out of town and very hot
Nice hotel with comfortable beds and decent restaurant however the location isn’t good, far out of town up a big hill. They also keep the rooms extremely hot all day and night.

The staff are awesome, the breakfast is good, we had dinner and it was good too. The hotel is close by the city center. Take a 5 min walk to some stairwell and walk downstairs to the center. We enjoyed our stay and we would stay there again.

Close to downtown
This was a good hotel to stay away from the crowds of downtown, yet close enough to go to restaurants, etc. There's a stairway down the street that leads right into downtown.

Good location, close to Main Street. The staff was helpful and kind. My only complaint was the paper thin walls, you could hear other guests at night. Breakfast was good. Note no Air Conditioning. You have to sleep with window open. Which is not ideal if you’re on first floor. I rated higher as the staff was exceptional and made our short stay easier.

Lo más destacable es el desayuno y la relación precio/calidad de la comida. También excelente la atención de su gente. La ubicación no es tan cercana al centro pero se puede acceder caminando llegado el caso.

Friendly staff and close to bus station
Friendly staff and conveniently located near the bus station. It’s a little but of a walk to the Main Street yet has similar prices to those closer to town. Overall good stay.

Lovely staff, great hotel and decent restaurant. Unfortunately the room was very warm... I mean we had to have the window open and a fan blowing all night! But other than that mild inconvenience we had a great stay and felt very welcomed.

Hotéis em El Calafate: existem muito melhores
Hotel regular, banheiro com instalações descuidadas. Nos primeiros dias de estadia, fomos informados pela recepção que era necessário abrir o chuveiro e esperar dez minutos (desperdiçando água) até que a mesma começasse a sair quente. Um absurdo! Bancada de pia necessitando de cuidado: madeira em mal estado e com manchas de ferrugem junto à torneira. Café da manhã bem básico. Opções de pão bem sofríveis. Uma pessoa apenas para dar conta de atender os hóspedes e repor as opções no café.

walking distance to bus station
The hotel is very close to bus station. If you want take 6PM bus to El Chalten after a day tour to Glacier, this is good one. The staffs are very nice. They answered many my questions through Email.

リーズナブルなホテル
エル・カラファテの中心街からは離れているものの、徒歩で１５分ほどの場所であり、出歩くのに問題はない（ちなみに空港のシャトルバスや現地ツアーはホテルへの送迎込なので、買い物などに外出するのでなければ、あまり関係ない）。 ホテルの部屋は広々としており、一人で使うには十分な間取りである。ただし清潔ではあるものの設備が老朽化している。宿泊者全員が快適に過ごせるとは思わないが、有名観光地の３つ星ホテルとしては値段相応と感じた。宿泊者は個人客だけでなくツアー客もいた。 朝食は６時３０分からスタートであるが、氷河観光の出発は朝早いことが多いので、ゆっくり取ろうとすると一部のメニューが無くなっていることもある。なるべく早い方がおすすめ。 スタッフの対応にについてはかなり差があり、エル・カラファテの簡単な街の紹介をしてくれたり、ツアーの送迎が来ないことを伝えるとツアー会社に連絡を取ってくれたりする親切なスタッフもいれば、廊下が水浸しになっていることを伝えたにもかかわらず全く動こうとしないスタッフもいた。

Great hotel going to el Chalten or Puerto Natales
Short walking distance from bus station , and could easily walk to downtown. Very practical for one night stay before going to el Chalten or Puerto Natales. Comfortable, good breakfast , clean. there is really nothing to complain about

Soviet style hotel in El Calafate
Bed sheets and towels were clean, albeit well worn and too short for the bed. Shower was clean but dangerous. Shower mat moved under your feet, and there was a soap dispenser made of sharp aluminum at arm height that could easily cut you. Positives were reasonably close to town.

Old furniture, in wc there were some insects from humidity, some old parts of wood in interior - broken, room was hot, overpriced hotel. The only good thing was that is was near the bus terminal.

Boa opção, mas poderia ser mais perto do centro
Bom hotel. Imaginamos ser mais sofisticado, mas não deixou de ser confortável. Funcionários muito solícitos e simpáticos. Espaços amplos e limpos. Café da manhã com boas opções de alimentos, sempre repostos quando necessário. Mas a localização poderia ser melhor. Apesar de não ser tão distante da avenida principal da cidade, situa-se em local alto. Para chegar ao comércio local é necessário andar por ruas íngremes, das quais uma não é pavimentada, ou passar por uma escadaria pública altíssima. Pessoas com restrição de mobilidade não conseguiriam se hospedar lá, caso precisassem se locomover sem carro.

The hotel is a bit off the main area, but close to the bus terminal; great if you have to catch a bus early in the morning, as this is just a quick walk (don't have to incur additional costs for the transfer)

Hotel on walking distance to Calafate main street
Hotels in Calafate are quite expensive. This Hotel is located on the outskirts of Calafate. Main street is 8-10 minutes walking distance. The hotel offered a good breakfast and staff was nice and bilingual. Lunchbox and rooms could do a little improvement.

Buenas estadía, ubicación en un lugar tranquilo
El hotel se encontraba en buen estado, lo mismo que la habitación. El desayuno normal, deberían mejorar el tema del pan en rodajas que brinda y el tema de frutas que no hay más que manzana roja, verde y naranja. En cuanto a la limpieza todo perfecto. La ubicación es a unos 500 metros de la avenida principal por lo que es fácil llegar y se encuentra en un sector tranquilo, sin ruidos. Ofrecen excursiones y traslados a los distintos centros turísticos así como también traslados hacia y desde el aeropuerto. Te cobran 40 USD si queres entrar antes de las 14 hs por lo que no me gustó tanto esa política, ya que el hotel no se encontraba en su totalidad completo por lo que nos pudiesen haber dejado entrar sin cobrarnos. En general todo bien, sólo ese detalle. Lo recomiendo.
