"Room wasn’t very clean… I let the desk know everything I am writing and their only response was “we will let housekeeping know”. No attempts to make it right, but the employees were mostly nice. There were pasta noodles on a pillow when we got there and were checking the bed, dog food under the bed (we didn’t have a dog with us) and the floors were dirty they had not been cleaned. People were smoking cigarettes outside (this property stayed it was non smoking with threats of fines posted everywhere) and it would carry in through the air conditioner. There were questionable people loitering outside and it didn’t feel the safest despite being a better part of town. The pool area was nice but there was a lot of dirt a debris in the pool and hot tub. Accessibility was good. The room was not a suite as pictured, it had 2 beds but no couch or sitting area so it was very misleading. Employees were nice but willing to do anything about the issues. Wouldn’t pick this hotel again which is unfortunate as it was in a good location, but the fact that it wasn’t clean was a big issue. "

"We have stayed at numerous Marriott hotels around the world but this by far is the worst, incompetent staff {Gabriel and Amy} took 25 minutes to check us in, we go to our room to find a total mess as the previous guests haven't checked out yet, went back to the lobby and it took them another 25 minutes to get us a different room and blamed the system for it with an attitude and not one single word of apology, they lacked basic skills to be a hotel receptionist, the hotel is below average, the room had a stain in the carpet and the AC is too loud,"

"The front desk clerk didn’t give us any details about breakfast times, pool, or fitness center. A very basic check in. The property is outdated. The lobby area rug and furniture were visibly stained. Not a great first impression. The pool is basic and surrounded by a cinder block wall. Our room had a large stain on the carpet, the walls were dirty, and the curtains were stained. The ceiling was plastered over from a leak of some sort. I understand the property is about to undergo a renovation, but u have no idea how it could have a 9.0 Wonderful rating. Very disappointed."

"Gorgeous facility that was perfect for a quick over night stay for my mama and I. The property has been around for a long time so some of the features are aged. But it’s clean and surrounded by beautiful desert. We enjoyed our time very much. "

"Place itself is very nice. Not very convenient or kid friendly, and nowhere to walk to, but the deal killer is that the service is through a 3rd party, who then communicates to the apartment complex. Of course, they barely speak English. You either have to download their app and give them your biometric data or they change the key code EVERY DAY and you cannot get into the apartment. Every other working person we encountered hated the online customer service here. They need to fire the 3rd party rental company and start over."
