"Great location, all the staff were really lovey. Food was fabulous. Would come back again. We had a misunderstanding with couple of the independent businesses onsite, and I was impressed that the hotel advocated for us and solved the problem for us. I felt super safe. Thank you. El Gouna is my new favourite holiday destination from now on."

"Clean rooms, nice beach, very friendly staff, and delicious food"

"Had a lovely time at the hotel with my family, very good swimming pool, good selections of buffet food at meal times especially breakfast, staff friendly and helpfull. Only downside for us was the apartments were out of the hotel complex, was neighbouring and the security did not feel as good as the hotels, a short walk into hotel conplex which did not bother us, but would be abit more difficult for people with accessibility issues"
