Great location. Great price. Great room. At check-in, clerk was super sweet and kind. Room was spotless, fresh, and warm. O stayed 3 nights. 1st 2 days, housekeeping did a great job tidying up the room, tossing out the trash, freshen up the bathroom and sink. Day 3, we were brought fresh towels and that's it. No beds made, no tidying up. I was dishearten and didn't leave a tip. Overall, it was great!! Just didn't get to the finishline.

The staff was great, helpful and courteous. The building is pretty tired though. Flooring lifting in the room, paint peeling and stained in bathroom. It definitely didn’t live up to the ratings on Expedia. However it was inexpensive and right where we needed to be.

The room was very clean; bathroom updated. Loved that the floor were tiled. Hot breakfast with eggs and sausages. You can make your own waffles! Good breakfast choices were also available. Messages were sent so you could complete the registration online, making checking in very fast and simple. The hotel is conveniently located near the I10.

The staff was very friendly, however the accommodations were not great. The bathroom shower had hair in it, the tile grout with moldy, discolored and in need of replacement, no soap dish. The hallway carpet was filthy and was missing baseboards. Front entry Dover hall drywall was crumbling and falling down. The bed was clean, at least and comfortable, but we were skeptical of the cleanliness of the room. This hotel is in desperate need of repairs.
