I love this hotel. It is a smaller, traditional Spanish hotel, but wth everything you need to be comfortable. Wonderful friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good wifi. It is in a very convenient, central and walkable part of the city, easy access to great restaurants and bars. This was my second weeklong stay there. I will be back.

Great location & staff, except for internal noise!

Right in the centre of town. Great for access to bars and restaurants. Excellent friendly staff. The only downside was the hotel lobby and central stairway were like a giant amplifying sound tunnel with even relatively quiet sounds causing a disturbance

This is a nice hotel. I booked for a two night stay, at short notice. The hotel is nice, good value, clean and comfortable rooms. However what really made a difference was the staff. They were all friendly and professional, however José, at reception during the day, was fantastic. I arrived just on time for a call, and before even checking in he gave me the wifi codes and a comfortable meeting room to make the call from. During my stay he provided some excellent recommendations, and was consistently helpful and friendly. If you want a nice, reasonable, comfortable and very friendly hotel in the center of El Puerto de Santa Maria, I highly recommend.

Hôtel bien situé. Bon accueil. Parking payant à proximité. Bon petit-déjeuner. Chambre de petite taille. Climatisation un peu bruyante. Demandez une chambre donnant sur l’arrière de l’hôtel car risque d’animation nocturne sur l’avant (proximité de nombreux bars).

Hotel con muy buena ubicacion, cerca de la terminal del catamaran que te lleva a Cadiz. Habitación 210, muy espaciosa, limpia y es un acierto que tenga doble ventana. No se escucha nada de ruido. Tanto el colchón como la almohada muy cómoda. La bañera tiene para activar burbujas tipo jacuzzi (no se probó por parecernos un derroche de agua). En cuanto al personal tanto de recepcion como de bar-comedor muy atentos y siempre con una sonrisa. El bufet suficiente para un desayuno normal. Si se queria huevos fritos, revueltos, etc, habia que pedirlos y te los hacian ex-profeso. Al lado del hotel hay parking de pago a precio asequible bajo mi punto de vista (11€ /24h con entrada y salida cuantas veces quieras -mediante tarjeta electronica y fianza de 10€ que te devuelven cuando finalizas la estancia- o 8,95€ si no vas a sacar el coche en las 24h.). La estancia ha sido agradable por lo que sin duda repetiriamos.

Par contre nous avions la chambre qui donnait sur un petite placette nous étions au 1er étage, il y a eu du bruit de dizaine de personnes qui buvaient un coup et qui discutaient très fort jusqu'à 4 heures du matin.
