Self Check in was terrible. Some kiosks didn't work. They have a glitch, i have to come back a few times thinking that room was not ready even it was 4pm. Turns out it was a glitch in the system. The assistant has to call somebody to clarify that. So not nice experience on Christmas eve. They should review that area
