In every area, our stay exceeded our expectations. Definitely get the romantic dinner for two: most exquisite meal we've ever had. Each course was phenomenal. Spa facilities were world class with fantastic view of Alps. Skip the outdoor pool; it was freezing cold. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. After working 20 years in surgery, I have very high standards for cleanliness: A here. Highly recommend.

Sehr nettes Personal. Schöner spa Bereich. Nur dass beim Essen zusätzlich noch pro Person 5 Euro fürs Gedeck bezahlt werden muss, finde ich übertrieben, da die Preise schon hoch genug sind. Auch wenn nur eine Suppe gegessen wird, kommen die 5 Euro dazu.

Schönes Haus für Frühaufsteher :)

Schönes Hotel, sanft modernisiert, nettes Personal, Essen und Frühstück hervorragend. Minus: Pool bei schlechtem Wetter sehr klein (es gab vor allem den ganzen Samstag Nachmittag keine freie Liegen weil dort dauerhaft Handtücher abwesender Gäste lagen) und man muss wissen, dass ab 6 Uhr früh die Kichenglocken läuten. Also bei der Zimmerwahl ggf nach ruhigem Zimmer fragen, wir konnten leider nicht ausschlafen dort… dafür kann das Hotel nichts, aber es hat unseren Aufenthalt etwas getrübt.

Ist mein Lieblingshotel, bin nicht das 1.mal da, wirklich top:wellness, Frühstück-alles ausgezeichnet. Nur diesmal war das Zimmer auf der strassenseite:etwas Verkehr und laute Gäste, die aus dem Restaurant raus gehen und um Mitternacht Musik im Auto aufdrehen, haben mich ordentlich gestört.

Ein Satz mit X...

Ich vermute das Haus und der Service dürften unter anderen Umständen durchaus besser sein. Es gab keinen Ansprechpartner und es war auch Niemand zu erreichen. An der Rezeption lag ein Zettel mit der Zimmerkarte. Do it yourself. Das Zimmer war eiskalt - Heizung war bei der Anreise abgeschaltet. Restaurant war geschlossen und in der Mini Bar herrschte gähnende Leere. Zwei kleine Flaschen Wasser waren vorhanden. Ich konnte auch sonst nichts nutzen im Hotel. Bei rund € 200.- für die Nacht blieb das 4 Stern Superior irgendwo am Straßenrand liegen. Ich habe meine Anliegen deponiert, aber keine Reaktion erhalten. Es wäre besser gewesen das Hotel komplett zu schließen. Es hat nicht funktioniert es ein bisschen offen zu lassen. Sehr enttäuschend, leider.

Third time is a charm :

It is the third time in a row we stay at this family driven hotel and enjoy our stay at the Klosterhauf part of the hotel. The standard is good both with service, food and beverages, language and not at least the rooms and the rest of the facilities. The bus leaves to the city centre just nest to the hotel entrance, cost 5,4 € and taxi back with local products is approx 20-24 € We will definitely be back.

A typical Austrian stay

A very old and classic hotel, comfortable room is clean spacious, thought my room was on the Main Street so it was noisy, windows are old not totally sealed , not noise-proof.Breakfast was amazing, staff was so friendly and professional.Other than that it was an amazing experience, wonderful as a whole.
