She went above and beyond to accommodate an early check-in so we could rest, which we greatly appreciated. “Lack in communication around check in. We could not check in until 16 so they offered us to store the bags in another hotel. There we were met by a very rude and angry person. Accommodating was better then expected and location is fantastic. ”

Our hotel room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. One area for improvement is the breakfast, which could be warmer, particularly the eggs & a toaster to toast your bread. “Even before arrival, Mary reached out. Upon arrival she was extremely efficient, helpful and friendly! Melagrana is a beautiful hotel with a lovely outdoor patio, and evey room amenity one could need. The location is prime for access to the port, restaurants, transportation and shopping. Shower had good water temp and pressure. Bed and linens were top notch! And the breakfast was the most amazing! Thank you again for everything!”
