“I did not like the the rugs in the hotel room. The room across from us had laminate flooring. I know these will all be updated eventually. I also would like to see an upgrade on charging stations USB preferably, the electrical outlets were loose, and there was only one spot to charge. ”

The staff at the front desk was kind and helpful. If I have chances to go back to the Bar Harbor area, I'd definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommendable. ”

The out front staff was super nice and even when the office wasn't open, had a number that we could call if we needed anything. The cleaning staff was cleaning every room when we checked in but had ours ready very quickly. There are some cosmetic things that could be fixed. One worry that we had was bed bugs, we did not see any sign of them. It was good place to stay...
