"Stayed a few nights before a very early flight. Easy to get to the hotel from Hatton Cross tube station, and that is free to get to from other Terminals. It's a big hotel so busy at times. Hallways are showing their age, but the rooms have been reasonably recently renovated so nice. Could hear people in the hallway which wasn't ideal. Staff were friendly if a little tired (was a busy time). Breakfast was okay but very busy."

(Kiosk didn't work for us but someone helped us) Convenient with bars, cafe, restaurant and vending machines. "
