Felt a little in need or some refurbishment- stayed in a deluxe double room - mirror above bath was filthy Bathroom was old and in need of modernisation Used facilities but lots of children screaming in the pool - not the relaxation we planned for

Ashford International Hotel & Spa
This was a really disappointing day. We found the rooms were not very clean very dusty dirty corridors the whole hotel is dated. The problem is the cleanliness. When we had breakfast, the plates were not clean. The whole pool area was dirty. The toilet et cetera were not very nice. Wi-Fi was okay. ...

The Inn on the Lake Hotel
The hotel was the perfect location for m weekend visit with family, and the view of the lake from my room was really charming. The staff were incredible friendly. Thank you for making my staff stress free.
