"We ate at The Rib Room restaurant for prime rib dinner and my steamed broccoli was served with the rubber band around it still. It was dark and I didn't notice it until I was chewing on it. "The A/C didn't keep the room as cool as I would like it. The mini fridge worked well. Those particular rooms had nowhere to sit. You always had to lay on the bed. There was one desk chair in the room. The shower door would not close all the way. Room had a view of the side of another building. No balcony in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Semi quiet room.You could hear people in the hallways talking. Overall good experience. "
