Very safe as use a key card for the lift and main entrance after 10pm. Staff were wonderful and so friendly. Room immaculate and beds comfy. Beautiful views over the hills. Breakfast was excellent. Eggs made on request and everything you could wish for at the buffet. Lovely and quiet. Would recommend.

Brand new hotel in Black forest in picturesque town of Elzach. Interior is all wood as they have lots of it in this reqion ;-) and you get free train card from your hotel to travel. Hotel provides you with a rucksack so you could use it on your hikes through the region sadly I was there on business. The sister hotel in the next town has a spa and wellness which you can use (for a fee) Very friendly staff who try to make you visit as special as possible Well worth a stay if you are in the region

Ich war für eine Nacht während meiner Dienstreise im Hotel. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Beim Frühstück hat es auch an nichts gefehlt. Ich komme gern wieder.

So muss es sein!! Freundlicher Empfang noch spät am Abend. Sehr sauberes und schönes Zimmer. Ich habe mich dadurch direkt wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut. Auch hier war das Personal sehr freundlich. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Sehr schickes, modernes und freundliches Hotel

Ich habe das Hotel für eine Nacht im Rahmen einer mehrtägigen Wanderung gebucht. Das Design des Hotels ist minimalistisch schick, was aktuell sehr modern ist und mir auch sehr gut gefällt. Der Check-In war sehr freundlich und gerne habe ich nach der Tagesroute die Möglichkeit wahrgenommen, vor Ort den kostenpflichtigen Covid-Test zu machen. Sehr dankbar bin ich für die tolle Unterstützung des Hotels bei der Suche eines Arztes, wo ich kurzfristig einen Termin bekommen hatte (nach 4 Tagen war mein n großer Zeh dick und blau angelaufen...). Mein Zimmer war sehr geräumig, das Badezimmer ist "transparent", d.h. es ist per Glaswand zum Wohnraum getrennt - alles war sehr sauber. Der Raum kann zwar mit dem dicken Vorhang nicht zu 100% abgedunkelt werden, aber das war für mich kein Problem. Nachts war es sehr ruhig. Trotz Corona-Zeiten gab es ein ausführliches Frühstücks-Buffet, ein Rührei wurde mir frisch zubereitet.
