"Watch out! They overbook you. I was forced at 9:40 pm to go to another hotel that they arranged in front of me. OK so get to stay in harrogate again for free with them and the got me another hotel, but I was planning to use the gym etc prior to my work the next day. Staff were nice and apologetic ..."

We stayed in a King Room, which had lovely space, however we were disappointed how blandly decorated the room was. "Very nice apartment - clean and tidy. When I arrived I did however find the room open and pillows lying on the floor (bed made). Only thing to note is that if you are facing the front - it can be noisy as McDonalds (open 24hrs) is opposite which woke me up a couple of times as I was staying on Friday ..."
