4/10 Poor

"Sheets were rough and scratchy. Lights and fans were not functioning. Housekeeping never came. Heavy wear visible on all finishes through out hotel. Chairs and benches in the dining area are cracked and peeling. Happy hour and snacks that they promote as a perk is a bowl of pretzels that they fill once. Gym equipment is minimal and treadmill is wobbly. Only one desk agent for check in and check out so a lot of waiting. It’s basically just a place to sleep near the beach. Could have paid less at a number of other places but usually this brand is nice. Save your money and stay elsewhere"

"Friendly staff, comfortable location and central. Bed was so comfy I stayed in more than I had anticipated. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Room was clean, there was some noise from the neighbors, but was negligible and they didn't party through the night. Had a great stay. Room was clean. Would definitely stay again and again."

"Compared to the location we stayed at in Pensacola, this was not up to par. Although, I think we were upgraded to a bigger room you could tell this was an older location. The room smelled musty or moldy. The ac made noise. I did notice an air purifier in with the ac unit. Also, we had no ice bucket, no coffee maker, no door tag. The furniture was not comfortable at all. Decor was lackluster at best. Breakfast was a joke. All cereal or toast, bagel etc. No hot foods. I do not recall seeing any juices. Only good thing was it was quite."

"Room was clean and is all you need for what little time you will spend since its right on the beach. Pool is nice and there is food and drink available right there. There are local eateries on the same block so they are convenient.....overall a great place to stay for a beach hang!"

"Overall, this was a pleasant place to stay. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable and well maintained. One concern that appeared to be shared by several guests was the wait time for the elevator, which could be quite lengthy at times. Additionally, the room would benefit from improved lighting, as it felt somewhat dim. Despite these minor issues, I had a positive experience and would consider staying here again."
