"This may be one of my favorite hotels I've stayed in, anywhere. I stayed there while walking the TMB and then went back to stay again after because I thought it was so nice and unique. They have animals everywhere and an animal happy hour kind of thing in the evening where you can pet the dogs and other animals that roam around. The staff are very kind and helpful. "Booked an evening meal with the hotel on line, but discovered that it was not open that evening. Recommended local restaurant within 8 mins walk was excellent. Breakfast mean - no fresh rolls and little choice. Guess we were out of season! Word of warning: depending on your direction of travel to this hotel, Mont Blanc Tunnel is completely closed from 2 September-16 December 2024. Ultra convenient for Mont Blanc ski lift. "

"Beautiful place. Absolutely gorgeous interiors and the scenery is breathtaking too. The food and service at the restaurant are also very good. My only complaint was not having an air conditioner in the room as it got very hot when we were there. Apparently some rooms do have A/C but the hotel was fully booked so they could not transfer us to another room. However, the staff did everything that they can to make us comfortable. They gave us not one but two fans to use in the room which helped...

"The staff are very friendly and the room was comfortable. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning and it was over 30°,making it uncomfortable for sleeping, despite the very comfortable bed."
