“Everything was nice ”

“The worse hotel I've ever tried. Inconvenient location far from the centre, you need a taxi. Lots of renovation with annoying banging every day. If you want a peace - do not use this hotel: swimming pool downstairs uses the music from morning until 8pm. It is a nightmare. Being on the 4th floor you can't even talk inside room due to the club music. I have asked to make it not too loud but got very negative aggressive response. Headaches guaranteed BED BUGS in the rooms. Please be careful....

“Terrible breakfast, stuff, location. Big traffic in front of hotel, all that smog goes to your room, you can hear conversations in other rooms and steps like they walk in your room. Will never stay in this hotel , does not worth the money I paid, you can find cheaper and much better.”

“Dynasty hotel is a great place to enjoy your vacation, 10 minutes away from the city center, very quite neighborhood, walking distance to the supermarket, has free car parking, beautiful pool, spa, Jacuzzi. Front desk was welcome us with glass of wine, which is rare. Outstanding customer service by front desk Gayane A., and Mush M. (Forgot the last names). Thank you again for your excellent service. Will be back again for sure. ”

“Clean and big room, was disappointed when I was told I can not go to the spa in the evening of arrival only to realize the next day that bookings are private and I had a sauna and small pool all to myself for an hour. Good parking facilities and decent breakfast. ”

“A very nice hotel with pleasing interior, professional receptionists takint care of you (especially Mushegh, Tamara, Merujan and manager Arpine). The staff was helpful, caring and supportive. The hotel was very clean which was much appreciated. Narine was doing an amazing job with spotless cleaning. I warmly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing for a pleasant stay in Yerevan. I believe that the breakfast can be better. Many thanks. ”
