“Toted as being one of the most remote hotels in SL the hotel did not disappoint. Fabulous location and well run for such a remote site. You certainly got a sense of the rainforest by the time you got there. Our container was comfortable and the bar and dinning rooms spacious. As vegetarians we were a little bored with curry and rice yet again but it was nice not to have to face another buffet dinner as dinner was served to you. “Simple but spacious and clean rooms, with comfortable bed and good wifi. Large modern pool area, fantastic to cool down after a day out on safari. The included breakfast was plenty and very delicious and changed from day to day. Unfortunately, the chef for dinner was not available when we were there but we found good and cheap dinner locations just minutes away. ”

“Had a great stay... only down side being we were only there for 2 nights Lovely hotel, with very friendly staff. Rooms great and well appointed.Great setting and relaxing after or before safari. Only bit of advice is dont go too late for breakfast or buffet evening meal, as its all been hoovered up. Would recommend and if we find ourself in same area again, will re book. ”

“We had a fantastic stay at Lizard Safari Lodge. The rooms are clean and well kept, with a nice big bed, mosquito net and fan. Our room had a balcony which was great to sit out on in the late afternoon. Dinner was delicious on both nights of our stay (as was breakfast) with a good selection of food and very generous portion sizes! Nandu could not have been kinder, taking us on a tour of the village and to a local swimming spot on the afternoon of our arrival, and providing snacks and ice creams....
