"The accesible room was not very accessible. The shower is not a roll in shower, you still have to step over the side of a high tub. There is no shower seat, no sprayer head that comes down and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash are hanging too high to reach by someone seated. (We went and bought our own shower seat). Room was ok. Paint was patched in a lot of places. Only one elevator so sometimes there was a bit of a wait. "

" I woke up in the middle of the night because it started raining and it was pouring rain from my ceiling all on the AC when I went to go tell the receptionist he downgraded my room and didn’t even give me a key to my room in the room I was given was so dirty like disgustingly dirty. "

"The staff was amazing!!! Room was great (except really hard to flush toilet and main door slammed). Breakfast was yummy (no napkins/paper towels tho). Also our floors ice machine didn't work. We were in town for a tournament and all hotels were booked in the area. Not sure they were ready but the trim was so nice and the staff was always kind, understanding, joyful, and helpful. One of the best staff ever!"
