I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Erie, Pennsylvania, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The overall cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired — the room felt unkempt and not well-maintained. To make matters worse, the cable went out during our stay, which made relaxing in the room nearly impossible.
We also experienced issues with our room keys suddenly deactivating, requiring us to return to the front desk to have them reset. While the staff was courteous, it was frustrating to deal with the inconvenience multiple times.
Additionally, the atmosphere of the hotel was uncomfortable. The overall clientele made the environment feel chaotic and unwelcoming. This did not feel like a safe or relaxing place to unwind, which is disappointing when you’re looking forward to a peaceful trip.
I would not recommend staying here based on this experience. There are better options in the area that offer a cleaner, more reliable, and more comfortable environment
