Everything felt well maintained and organized, making the stay comfortable and stress-free. The rooms were comfortable and functional, with a simple but stylish design that fits perfectly with the Ibis Styles concept. The beds were comfortable and the room had everything needed for a short stay while visiting Santander. The hotel also offers a convenient location for exploring the city and the surrounding area. It worked very well as a base while traveling along the north of Spain. Overall, it is a reliable and comfortable option in Santander. "The showerhead in the room was loose so wasnt easy to use. The breakfast was okay but the scrambled eggs had a funny taste. The. Iews from the hotel room were good but the wallpaper was peeling in a few places. "

"The stay was pleasant, beds are comfortable, quiet area and some nice views of the country side. It was great to have a kitchen to have some breakfast and coffee in the morning. The bus stop to the city centre is right outside the apartment so very easy to go around the city. The only negative we found was that the bathroom was not very clean. There was hair on the floor and on the bin, the floor looked like it had not been washed at all, and the shower looked quiet dirty. The bathroom was slightly off putting compared to everything else."
