Clean, internally quiet, and conveniently located by Rizal Park (I booked this for the New Year's fireworks), the US embassy, aquarium, and historical sites. The cafe and lounge are way cool and underutilized. In Chicago, this would be a huge hit with the roaring twenties crowd!"
